StarTimes, Africa's leading digital TV provider, has acquired the live and HD broadcast rights to the Saudi Arabian League, or Roshn Saudi League, for its sports channels and StarTimes ON App.

With players from all over the world, the 16-team league is well-known for its depth of talent and high quality.

The rise in popularity of football in the Arab world as a whole as a result of Saudi Arabia's success at the 2022 FIFA World Cup and the arrival of world-famous soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo.
