Protesters causes massive hold up at Capecoast Accra high way

 

#fixkasoaroad demonstration causes massive traffic from kasoa overhead to  old barrier.

 The Driver union is kasoa communities and its surroundings causes a no movement for cars as demonstrates block road with tyres, woods and other materials.

  The demonstration started as early as 6am on friday 20th of October, 2023 with demonstraters flying high planks with hashtags 

#fixkasoaroad, #fixghana, #fixaplakuroad etc.

 The Ghana Police Force has maintained peace as protesters causes no damage or harm making the demonstration a peaceful one. Other security like the Ghana Immigration service,  Ghana Arm Force are also at the scene to make sure there is no harm or riot.

 Media houses are also present making sure the voices and pains of the people are been head.

 For how long will the nation shield tears on same issue. Many accidents has been recorded on the cape coast to Accra high way which have fueled the anger of the citizens more. 

 Speaking to some of the protesters, they want the Ministry of Roads and Transportation to come to their aid before more damages are caused.

 We hope and pray the plea of citizens are heard by government.

 News reaching us is that there are demonstrations going on at major cities in the  Greater Accra Region.
